What Lindy does
Lindy (operating as Crivello Corp) is a general-purpose “AI employee” / workflow-agent platform for business users and teams. Its core product positions agents as something you can direct in plain language and have them execute work across the tools your business already uses—covering functions such as scheduling, email and follow-ups, meeting notes, customer support, marketing, sales workflows, HR/recruiting tasks, and related business operations.
More
Strategically, Lindy’s differentiation is less about providing yet another single-purpose assistant, and more about (1) “agent orchestration” that helps non-technical users create and deploy working agents quickly, (2) reducing the integration burden by adding a capability (“Autopilot”) where agents can operate a cloud computer interface rather than relying purely on an API integration for every system, and (3) team-wide deployment and collaboration via “Team Accounts.” Lindy describes these as the three critical aspects of agent orchestration in its Lindy 3.0 release. In July 2026, Lindy released “Lindy 3.0: Meet Your First AI Employee,” introducing (a) Agent Builder (“vibe code” for agents), (b) Autopilot (agents using a cloud computer to perform actions across systems), and (c) Team Accounts (sharing and deploying agents across teams). Lindy also states it has 6,000+ integrations, and frames Autopilot as the “last integration” needed to broaden agent action beyond the limits of point integrations. Lindy’s platform also emphasizes security and governance features for business and enterprise use; for example, its changelog announces SOC 2 Type II certification (dated November 1, 2024).
