For customers, Scaleway’s core offering is an API-driven infrastructure platform for building and running production workloads in Europe, plus managed services that reduce operational burden. On the cloud side, this includes GPU clusters and GPU instances for AI training/inference, managed Kubernetes for containerized applications, and standard IaaS building blocks such as object storage and block storage. Scaleway’s AI differentiation is concentrated in model deployment and “sovereign” inference workflows. Its Generative APIs make frontier/open-weight models available via a managed API, and its inference platform is designed to support enterprise deployment patterns (for example, private endpoints). The company also offers quantum capabilities via Quantum-as-a-Service, including compatibility with CUDA-Q tooling to run quantum kernels and workloads against both emulation and real quantum processors through its quantum ecosystem. Strategically, Scaleway has been expanding its European footprint and strengthening enterprise/government positioning through new region launches, procurement/framework eligibility, and announced customer partnerships and contracts.
