Company overview
What Crusoe does
Crusoe is an energy-first AI infrastructure company that builds and operates AI data center “factories” and sells access to that infrastructure via its AI cloud platform. The company positions its approach as vertically integrated: Crusoe sources energy, builds and manages AI-optimized data centers, and provides a developer-facing cloud layer so customers can build, train, and serve AI workloads without operating GPU infrastructure themselves.
More
The company’s flagship cloud offering is Crusoe Cloud, which describes an end-to-end path “from clusters to endpoints,” including managed training and inference workflows plus an operations layer for monitoring and orchestration. Crusoe also describes a shift toward more production-oriented, managed AI services, including Crusoe Managed Inference (availability announced in 2025) and “serverless fine-tuning” / fine-tuning without GPU-ops. On the energy and infrastructure side, Crusoe’s historical foundation is flare mitigation, using Digital Flare Mitigation (DFM) to capture emissions-reducing energy sources and power modular computing deployments; over time, Crusoe has broadened its mix to include grid-connected and other low-carbon/renewable supply options while continuing to develop modular AI data center systems (including Crusoe Spark and Edge Zones).
