The Atlantic Council GeoTech Center is a program within the Atlantic Council that focuses on the geopolitics and governance of emerging technologies and data. The Center’s work is organized around three “pillars of work”—tech cooperation (building government-to-government and industry-to-government partnerships on frameworks, standards, and risk-mitigation), tech competition (examining government policies and regulatory frameworks affecting strategic and secure international tech competition), and tech innovation (analysis aimed at the secure and principled use of pioneering emerging technologies).
