The Special Competitive Studies Project (SCSP) is a non-partisan, non-profit policy and strategy initiative focused on producing recommendations intended to strengthen U.S. long-term competitiveness as artificial intelligence (AI) and other emerging technologies reshape national security, the economy, and society. SCSP presents its work as a techno-economic competition “between now and 2030,” and structures its output around policy analysis, convening leaders, and publishing analytic frameworks and reports that aim to influence decision-makers across government, industry, and academia.
